Services
Vein Direct provides mobile testing, specimen collection, and non-invasive support services. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions. All laboratory testing is performed by certified third-party laboratories.

Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we strive to accommodate preferred time slots, availability is not guaranteed. Same-day appointments may be offered based on availability.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. All deposits and service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards and secure online payments. Services will not be rendered without confirmed payment.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring a safe, appropriate environment for services. Vein Direct reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Mobile Services
All services are provided at the client’s requested location. Clients must ensure accessibility and readiness at the time of appointment. Additional fees may apply for extended travel or special accommodations.

Results & Turnaround Time
Turnaround times for test results vary depending on the type of test and laboratory processing. Vein Direct does not guarantee specific result timelines.

Limitation of Liability
Vein Direct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All services are provided in good faith and in accordance with applicable standards.
