Main Service Policy

Appointments & Booking

All services must be booked in advance through our website or by direct confirmation. Same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling and are subject to additional fees.

 Payments

Full Payment may be required to secure your appointment.  All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited deposit or full service charge.

Mobile Service Policy

Vein Direct provides mobile services at the client’s location. Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and accessible environment. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Vein Direct provides mobile healthcare support services, specimen collection, and education. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions. All lab results are processed and provided by certified third-party laboratories.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and following all pre- and post-service instructions. Vein Direct is not responsible for outcomes related to procedures performed by external providers.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and handle all personal information with discretion. Any content (photos/videos) will only be used with written client consent.

Transportation Services

Non-emergency transportation services are provided for convenience only. Vein Direct does not provide emergency medical transport.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise or if policies are not followed.
