Our wound care service provides basic treatment and follow-up care for minor wounds, ensuring proper cleaning, dressing, and healing support. We focus on safety, infection prevention, and patient comfort, delivered directly to your home or facility.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to provide any required laboratory orders, requisitions, or collection instructions prior to the appointment. Certain specialty collections may require fasting, timed draws, refrigerated handling, or additional preparation. A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, and extended travel appointments may include additional service fees. Vein Direct provides mobile specimen collection, wellness support, and non-invasive post-operative support services only. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. All laboratory testing is processed through certified third-party laboratories. By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and consent to receiving mobile services at their requested location.
